Epidemiological Maps

Epidemiologists study the incidence, distribution and control of diseases. They often plot data onto maps to study the incidence and distribution of diseases. One of the first epidemiologists to do this was John Snow. He mapped the cases of cholera in an area of London and tracked the disease to the broad street water pump

The epidemiologists at the WHO also produced maps. This is the map of the 9th floor of the hotel metropole in Hong Kong
